Linda Cáceres Leal

Linda Caceres joined Agora in May 2024. As an International Cooperation Analyst, she supports climate protection projects in the transport sector with an emphasis on non-EU and particularly Latin American countries. One focus of her work is to facilitate projects with international development institutions in order to build local capacity for the holistic decarbonisation of the transport sector.

Prior to joining Agora Verkehrswende, Linda Caceres worked on the Climate and Transport team at the German development agency GIZ, where she helped to build expertise in sustainable mobility and associated policy development. From 2016 to 2022, she was a Senior Consultant at Steer, an independent consultancy, where she contributed to projects concerned with public transit, urban planning, and the transport sector.

Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Colombia and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Erfurt.
